First of all I love the app and can't live without it :)
When I was a web developer I always made frames green, round and resizable :)
I haven't had time to stress test it yet but last night it would happen once I add a third or fourth modifier and perhaps has something to do with the mouse at the bottom edge of the screen, I'll try to make a "reproducible" this week

I’ve seen this happen very occasionally… wondering if you might be able to share a consistent way to reproduce it as this would help me fix the bug.

Right now pop up windows get stuck all the time when using a mouse but never using the pencil - I've learned to live with that
